Realty Company is a locally owned and operated real estate company
located in Northwest Missouri.
My name is Craig Martin, hence the name...Martin Realty Company, but
most people call me by my childhood nickname, Coogan. I was born and
raised in Tarkio Missouri, located in the Northwest corner of the
state. I have spent my adult life living and working in Tarkio
Missouri.
I
graduated from Tarkio high school just a “few” years ago and have been
married to a wonderful woman for 22 years. My wife was born and
raised in Fairfax Missouri, just about 10 minutes from Tarkio.
Living
and working in a community for so many years I feel I can accurately
portray this area of Northwest Missouri. Buying a home in Northwest
Missouri comes with friendly people, excellent school systems,
beautiful country, and is also close to Omaha Nebraska and St. Joseph
Missouri by interstate.
